Olá a todos, hoje trago-vos um post acerca de marcas que testa e não estam em animais, à algum tempo que tenho vindo a prestar mais atenção. Para quem acha que teste em animais é por exemplo aplicar um determinado produto na pele para ver o que aconteçe, não é! o teste em animais conciste em introduzir no sangue do animal determinado produto, e maioria dos animais acaba cego, surdo, sem pelo, com problemas respiratórios, cardiacos, completamente sem qualidade de vida, e quando não ficam com algum destes problemas, acabam mortos. Diminuir a compra deste tipo de produtos é algo que vai incentivar a marca a deixar de o fazer.

Hi everyone today's post is going to be about brands that do test in animals and brands that don't test in animals. this is the kind of thing that i've been noticing more and more, and this topyc is so important because the majority of people think that animal test is when you put a little bit of the product in the animal skin well, it's not! animal testing is when they insert the product into the animal's blood! and the majority of the animals end up dead or with several health problems and with no quality of life. if we stop buying those kind of products it may  induce those brands to eventualy stop doing it.

DIY TONER FACIAL / FACE TONER

Olá a todos, a partir de hojé haverá como normalmente 2 posts por semana mas com uma pequena alteração, em vez de às quartas-feiras será as terças, sendo que os posts de sabado se manteem.

Hojé trago-vos um post pelo qual eu estava bastante anciosa, se não sabem eu tenho a pele oleosa e é algo que me incomoda bastante e acredito que não serei a unica. já experimentei inumeros produtos próprios para pessoas com pele oleosa e com tendencia a acne, mas o que resultava era apenas temporario, por isso decidi fazer a minha própria pesquisa e criei o meu próprio toner facial usando apenas ingredientes naturais que qualquer um de nós tem em casa, especial para vegetarianos, espero que gostem pois eu adorei, se quiserem mais deste tipo de produtos comentem e sigam o blog, obrigado!

Today is a very special post, if you don't know i have oily skin and that's something that really bothers me, and i know that i'm not the only person that feels the same way. i've tryed so many products proper for people with oily skin and acne but it only worked temporarily, so i decided to do my own research and i create my own face toner only with natural products wich it awesome to vegetarian people, i hope you like it and if you want more of this products comment and follow the blog, thanks!

Aqui estão os ingredientes que vão precisar:

Sal

1 recipiente

Mel

1 Pepino

1 Limão

Canela

Agua quente

Here are the ingredients you are going to need:

Salt

1 conteiner

Honey

1 Cocumber

1 Lemon

Cinnamon

Hot water

1. Para começar numa taça metam àgua quente ou a ferver, cortem umas rodelas de pepino e coloquem-nas dentro da taça, deixem atuar durante uma hora e meira. (o pepino hidrata a pele, reduz a vermelhidão e a oleosidade)

To start in a cup put some hot water and cut some cocumber slices and put them into the hot water, let it set for an hour and a half. (the cocumber moisturizes the skin, reduces any redness and oils)

2. Depois de 1h30min retirem o pepino e à àgua que ficou juntam 1 colher de sobremesa de mel (o mel amacia a pele e elimina manchas da mesma), e uma colher de sobremesa de sal (o sal ajuda a sicatrizar o acne, e ajuda à circulação do sangue), mexam até o sal derreter.

Then take the cocumber out and add a tea spoon of honey (honey softens the skin, and erases any stains in your skin), and also a tea spoon os salt (salt helps the skin to get rid of acne and improves blood circulation), stir the mixture till the salt is all melted.

3. Espreme metade de um limão para a mistura (o limão cura o acne e clareia a pele), e por fim adiciona 1 colher de sobremesa de canela (a canela ajuda a remover celulas mortas, previne o acne e estimula a circulação)

Squeeze a half of a lemon into the mixture (lemon helps acne healing and clears the skin), and the last step add a tea spoon of cinnamon (cinnamon removes any dead cells, prevents acne and improves blood circulation)

Depois é só deitar a mistura para dentro de algum recipiente, podem usar este toner facial todos os dias depois de lavarem a cara, e não se esqueçam de agitar bem antes de a usarem, usem um pouco de algodão para aplicar.

Then put the mixture into any container. You can use it everyday after you wash your face, do not forget to shake the mixture really well after you use it, use a cotton pad to apply it on your skin.
